On MSNBC’s Daily Rundown, top Romney advisor, Eric Fehrnstrom admitted to host Chuck Todd when pushed that presidential hopeful Mitt Romney does not believe ObamaCare’s individual mandate is a tax. Comparing Romney’s mandate in Massachusetts with the national version, Fehrnstrom stated:
“What we put in place in Massachusetts is a penalty and [Romney] disagrees with the Court’s ruling that it is a tax.”
