Questions are being raised about classroom safety with children dying in school and only 17 states providing specific laws protecting students from “harsh, some say barbaric methods of restraint and other techniques” of disciplining special needs children and children with behavioral issues.
As ABC Nightline reports, there are serious questions regarding school discipline which has turned deadly on occasion with students literally dying after being restrained by school officials in a perfectly legal manner – at least for now.
