It feels eerily like the world that the Republican party is kicking and screaming to drag us back to, where women “knew their place,” and they consumed products that kept big corporations rolling in the dough. All the while thinking that those things were good for them, and placing their entire self-worth in their looks.

OK, so we haven’t come that far since then . . . but we can keep up the good fight.

    that is so ridiculous. And, decades later, we attribute carbonated beverages like Pepsi and Coke to obesity. Not the best way to stay, slim, light and attractive anymore, it seems.
