Fox News host Greg Gutfeld, known for his controversial remarks as co-host of Fox show The Five, kicked off Fox News’ response to Jim Carrey’s release calling Fox News “a media colostomy bag that has begun to burst at the seams and should be emptied before it becomes a public health issue.”
“I guess Jimmy thought he couldn’t lose a debate to a dead man,” Gutfeld lamented during a monologue to open Friday’s Fox News Five show. “That’s what’s really funny — he did and now Charlton Heston has a brighter future in films than Jim Carrey.”
