The people protesting an omnibus abortion bill have made it clear that they’re not going anywhere. Organizers estimated 5,000 demonstrators showed up to the Capitol on Monday for the start of the second special legislative session. Republican lawmakers say regardless of the numbers outside, they have the votes inside to pass the legislation.
