Do you believe that aliens are out there? Well, if so, you’re not alone; Bill Clinton seems to think they could be real.
The former president recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and when the topic of extraterrestrial life came up, Clinton noted that that he ‘wouldn’t be surprised’ if aliens did in fact exist.
Clinton went a little further and cited the absolutely huge size of the universe and astronomers’ back to back discoveries of new planets as a reason for his possible belief.
“We know from our fancy telescopes that just in the last two years, more than 20 planets have been identified outside our solar system that seem to be far enough from their suns and dense enough that they might be able to support some form of life, so it makes it increasingly less like that we’re alone.”
Clinton claims to have investigated the alien matter while he served as president, but found no true evidence to back up the theory.
