Five years after terrorists killed nearly 3,000 Americans, “Today” show anchor Matt Lauer talked to then President Bush about 9/11.

Among the topics: How the attacks have changed his presidency, rumors of torture of detainees, and the threats still facing the U.S.

You can see President Bush pretty much acting like a crazy person in this clip, poking his finger at Lauer, using that silly grin he seemed to always have when he was cornered, laughing uncomfortably, etc.
