Argument Erupts On CNN Over War On Women (Video)

Liberal political commentator, Stephanie Miller destroyed former GOP senate candidate Carly Fiorina over her denial of the war on women.

Fiorina told the panel on CNN’s State of the Union that

A lot women including me are sick of the ‘war on women’, and we saw it in spades on Monday after the Hobby Lobby case. Somehow this is the long arm of business and the Republican Party reaching into the body of women. It’s ridiculous.

The war on women is shameless, baseless propaganda, there’s no fact to it, and it’s worked because it’s scared women to death. Enough. Enough.”

Miller snapped back: “I respect you very much as a woman for your accomplishments. I even read that you studied medieval history, which I think will come in handy with trying to defend the Republican war on women.”

Miller went on to explain that “Every woman I know is furious about the Hobby Lobby decision. 98% of Catholic women use birth control. This is not just a war against women, this is a war against science, Carly.”

Fiorina responded: “Oh, for heaven sakes,” but Miller continued adding:

“These religious people believe certain drugs cause abortions, doctors and scientists say they do not. They actually prevent implantation, they prevent abortion. […] How do you say you’re small government, and get the government involved in those personal decisions between a woman and her doctor?”

Fiorina shot back [and by this point, both women were trying to talk over one another]:

“I — this is crazy to me. Your arguments are so counter-factual. Twenty forms of birth control are mandated, by the way, not by Obamacare. They’re mandated by some HHS bureaucrats who go into the basement and write a regulation after Obamacare passes, and they decide. Elected by no one, accountable to no one. They decide 20 forms of birth control have to be offered for free.”

Miller concluded the conversation saying: “This is already opening the floodgates. Judge Ginsburg was absolutely right.”
