Always one to poke fun of Dick Cheney, Bill Maher dared Dick Cheney to take the “Set Yourself On Fire Challenge” after taking the ALS Ice Bucket challenge himself.
In the hilarious Funny Or Die clip, Maher is seen pouring ice water over his head, going on to state:
“And having done so, I would like to pass the challenge lng now to Mr. Kirk Dougas — not Kirk Douglas — Dick Cheney. But let’s be honest, folks. ALS is a bad disease, but there are diseases that kill more.
“Malaria has killed more people than all the wars, famines and natural disasters in history. It demands an even greater response.
“This is a gallon of gasoline, and I challenge other people to take the ‘Set Yourself On Fire Challenge’ to wipeout malaria in our lifetime.”
Maher concludes by challenging Cheney, remarking: “And challenge others to do it too. I challenge Dick Cheney.”
