A Gun-Toting Teabilly Or The Church, Who Wins?

Here’s an interesting thought. What if a 2nd Amendment gun-toting Teabilly brings a gun to church. However the church, exercising its Freedom of Religion does not allow the gun to be brought into the church based upon its belief that guns and gun violence is against its core religious beliefs.

The Teabilly, decides his 2nd Amendment right to bear arms is being wrongfully violated by the church’s exercise of its 1st Amendment right to freedom of religion.

The case eventually ends up before the United States Supreme Court. Who wins?
