Availability of potable water is one of the leading issues of the Twenty-First Century.

Baby Lisa was born with a condition that is fixable via transplant. But doctors will not allow her to get one.

Because her family does not have running water.

Like 1.7 million other residents of the United States, her family has no access to water. Because of where they live and the fact that it’s in the Navajo Nation — a part of our society that was cut out of the picture when things like running water service were being installed all over the country — it means 40% of the residents in this area have no running water.

But we can help Baby Lisa come home by giving directly to the people who are able to bring water to her family’s house.
