Trump Considering Handing Over An American Ambassador To Putin

During the disastrous press conference held in the wake of the disastrous Helsinki Summit, Vladimir Putin said that he would turn over the 12 military officers whom Robert Mueller has indicted if the United States would reciprocate. By that, Putin means he wants Trump to turn over specific members of the intelligence, law enforcement and diplomatic services of the United States to Russia.

When asked about the 12 Russian officials named in the Mueller indictment, Putin responded with a statement/request that should have elicited a swift and resounding NO!

We would expect that the Americans would reciprocate and that they would question officials, including officers of law enforcement and intelligence service of the United States, who we believe are—who have something to do with illegal actions on the territory of Russia, and we have to—to request the presence of our law enforcement.

Among those whom Putin would like to question is former Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul.

Press Secretary and willing purveyor of Trump lies, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, answered a reporter’s question regarding the matter in what was, quite frankly, a jaw-dropping response.

“There was some conversation about it, but there wasn’t a commitment made on behalf of the United States. And the president will work with his team, and we’ll let you know if there’s an announcement on that front.”

Let’s get this straight. Trump is actually CONSIDERING turning over a United States ambassador to the Russians for questioning. In an interview with Rachel Maddow, McFaul said he wasn’t surprised by the demand by Russia, but flabbergasted that the White House isn’t defending him.  You can watch the interview in the linked video below.

Imagine for a moment how this would play out if Trump decides to hand over an American diplomat to Putin for “questioning.”

Putin demands McFaul be sent to him first, at which time he would then have the 12 Russian officials sent to Mueller for questioning. Soon after McFaul arrives in Russia, he would mysteriously fall victim to defenestration and wind up as splatter on a Moscow street far below. The same fate or perhaps something a bit more inventive would happen to any intelligence and law officials Trump sends to his BFF Vlad. At which time, Putin would laugh and tell Trump he isn’t going to send his military officials anywhere, much less to Robert Mueller for questioning.

It really is that diabolical and that simple. And yet, we are waiting to hear if Trump and his national security team decide to do it.

Ambassador McFaul believes it will not happen. Maybe he’s right. Maybe he isn’t. But the fact that it is even being considered is another indication of the treasonous nature of the Putin-installed puppet in the White House.
