As it came up earlier, here are the posting rules for memes that have been in place for a long time for the pages.

I think the rules for memes should be as basic as possible, with an eye towards common sense when it comes to not being put into time out by Facebook.

1. No Nazi references or references to Hitler, unless you are referring to Nazis and/or Hitler.
2. No references to the KKK or other hate groups, unless you are referring to the KKK or other hate groups.
3. No photos exploitive of women, sexually, battered, etc.
4. No overly inflammatory photos intended to play on extreme emotions (i.e. injured children, animals, etc.)
5. Nothing demeaning or diminishing things such as violence against women. (A great example is a meme I once was with a cereal box entitled “Rape Nuts” instead of Grape Nuts.)
6. No overly foul language (i.e. no use of the word “vagina,” “slut,” “bitch,” “fuck” or any derivative of those words such as “fucktard”)
