What Kind Of F*ckery Is This? Air Assault Drones Developed For Use By Police – VIDEO

Desert Wolf Skunk Riot Control Copter

Desert Wolf Skunk Riot Control Copter

Protestors and rioters may now have to worry about more than just police on foot, thanks to the Skunk Riot Control Copter. An aerial drone manufactured by South African company Desert Wolf, the Skunk is capable of shooting up to 80 pepper spray containing rounds of non-lethal ammunition per second while flashing strobe lights and shining lasers at its targets.

One of the first customers to buy the new device is, surprisingly, a mining company.

According to Desert Wolf’s product specs:

The Skunk is equipped with 4 high-capacity paint ball barrels releasing at up to 20 paint balls per second each, with 80 Pepper balls per second stopping any crowd in its tracks.

The current hopper capacity of 4000 balls and with a High Pressure Carbon Fiber Air system it allows for real stopping power. Bright strobe lights, Bright Eye Safe Lasers and with on-board speakers enables communication and warnings to the crowd.

Equipped with a FLIR Thermal camera, full HD video colour camera, on board recording, full telemetry data link and long range control link, this unit is unique.

John Vibes of The AntiMedia published an article on Wednesday reporting that “India is the first place where drones will be used for this purpose, but it will likely expand to many other countries within a short amount of time,” adding that:

Moves like this make it obvious that governments are preparing for war with their citizens. Why else would you want to indiscriminately spray entire crowds of people with pepper spray? Technology like this is obviously meant to scare large groups of people into submission, not specifically target people who are guilty of crimes.

RT’s Ameera David discusses the Skunk and the implications it may have on protests with Steve Rambam, CEO of Pallorium, Inc., a licensed Investigative Agency with offices and affiliates worldwide.
