Tears Of A Clown: Anti-Gay Activists Are Running Out Of Places To Shop!

Religious-right activists are upset that they are running out of places to shop because more and more businesses are becoming gay-friendly.

Mission: America founder and noted anti-LGBT activist Linda Harvey took to the ultra-conservative website World New Daily this week to shed a tear in her beer about the lack of places to shop this year – the reason: the increasing number of stores pushing the gay agenda on their customers and employees.

In her article, entitled “Is There Any Place Left For Christians To Shop?,” she wrote: “Well, it’s that time again — time to get out the Christmas list and start hitting the stores,” adding: “The problem is — what stores? For any Christian who wants to spend hard-earned dollars with family-friendly, Christian-affirming retailers, restaurants and service providers, the list is growing shorter all the time.”

She then goes on to warn her readers about a number of stores to avoid such as Macy’s, Target, Walmart, Mattel and JC Penney – all taken from the infamously conservative American Family Association’s 2015 Naughty Or Nice Retailers List.

Harvey wrote of Macy’s management allowing transsexuals to use whatever bathroom they choose, even going so far as to fire Christian employees for their “principled actions” in seeking to block this right.

It seems that Target and Walmart, once “reliable backers” of “Judeo-Christian standards” have “gone to the dark side in a big way” by supporting “gay pride.” Walmart is accused of siding with “sexual anarchists against the First Amendment liberties of all Americans to oppose homosexual behavior” and is guilty of putting “pressure on the governors of Arkansas and Indiana to oppose religious freedom bills.”

Mattel “just created ‘Moschino Barbie’ with an ad featuring a tragically feminized little boy who plays with Barbies, a wicked accommodation to the current gender-destructive culture,” and JC Penney is running “ads featuring homosexuals, even on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, and choosing as a national spokesperson lesbian Ellen DeGeneres. Did they plan to be so purposely offensive? Seems to be the case.”

The 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Equality Act of 2015

Harvey went on to call on “every thinking, Constitution-loving American” to include”every GOP presidential candidate” to “vigorously” oppose the Equality Act of 2015, a proposed amendment to the 1964 Civil Rights Act, that would include protections that ban discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex in the areas of employment, housing, public accommodations, public education, federal funding, credit, and the jury system.

Harvey concludes her anti-gay hate-fest by reminding readers that being gay is an unnatural abomination, writing:

But let’s remember: No one is born homosexual; the Bible is clear about this sin, and God hasn’t changed His mind. Think about the grave harm homosexuality is doing to American culture, to our schools, to our freedoms, to our churches.

Let’s do what we can to honor the standards of Christ during the celebration of His birthday.
