Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America has compared President Obama to King George III, once again during an interview with the UK’s Channel 4 News.
In the midst of a somewhat heated discussion with host Matt Frei, Pratt stated: “When the colonists said you’ve become a tyrant, stop it, and when he wouldn’t stop, we shot, and we got rid of your King.”
He then went on to state that President Obama “should remember King George III’s experience as he seems to forget that he was democratically elected.”
