Jon Stewart tore into conservative arguments against striking down DOMA, Jon Stewart slammed the logic of Justices Alito and Scalia.
At one point he addressed a photo of Scalia remarking: “May I approach the Grinch.”
In the segment, entitled, Defending Your Wife – The Perils of Gay Marriage, Stewart essentially mocks the conservative justices for arguing for the need for more gay marriage beta testing before rendering a verdict.
