Stephen Colbert mocked Mitt Romney’s nomination acceptance speech noting that “unlike Obama, Romney does not rely on teleprompters – he relies on Hallmark cue cards“.
Colbert goes on to state: “Folks, with a speech like this it is hard to pick a highlight. But if I had to pick a midlight, it would be this: ‘President Obama promised to begin to end the rise of the oceans and to heal the planet. My promise is to help you and your family'”, to which Colbert replied “Yeah f*ck the planet”.
