You might recall that the Virginia State Board of Elections announced last week that former congressman Virgil Goode, of the conservative Constitution Party, qualified for the state’s presidential ballot which presents a potential stumbling block for Mitt Romney’s chances in a key swing state where polls show a tightly contested race between Mr. Romney and President Obama.
