The Republican National Committee seems to think they have a winner on their hands with their latest campaign ad which is comprised exclusively of footage of Joe Biden laughing at Paul Ryan during the vice-presidential debate last week. The video ends with a black screen which reads: “Vice President Biden is laughing. Are you?”
My first thought was that it must be a joke – but no, the GOP really put this out.
To me, it seems more a ¨Joe Biden’s Greatest Hits” than a slam on the Democrats….. but then again, maybe that’s just me.
