Bill Press gets a big laugh over the hairy situation between the DNC and RNC communications directors who made a bet the loser in the election will shave his head. Brad Woodhouse, the DNC Communications Director, shaved his head as well and explains why. Both Woodhouse and RNC Communications Director, Sean Spicer, did this for the St. Baldricks foundation to raise money for childhood cancer research. Bill gets serious about the election results and asks what made the difference.
