NRA head Wayne LaPierre invited the world to call him crazy on Meet the Press Sunday morning.
“If it’s crazy to call for armed officers in our schools to protect our children, then call me crazy,” LaPierre told David Gregory.
The conservative publication New York Post didn’t waste a minute, putting LaPierre on its cover Saturday with the headline, “GUN NUT! NRA loon in bizarre rant over Newtown.”
