RH Reality Check reports that anti-choice activists who operate the drycleaners have used the “Choose Life” marketing campaign in newspaper ads, graphic signs, bus stop benches and more for years. But WIRE COAT HANGERS? One must wonder if they are really hoping for the old days when women had no choice and used hangers to abort a fetus. Maybe they are so lost in their message, the thought didn’t occur to them. That does seem like a stretch though. The wire hanger ads were on the Internet as far back as March 2011. RH also reveals that the drycleaners have been losing customers since August 2010 as a result.
If the drycleaners are looking for new ways to advertise their personal beliefs in order to force it down everyone else’s throats, I have a fantastic idea for them with a “back alley’ theme. I hope they call me….
