John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant of Led Zepplin, were three of the seven recipients of the 2012 Kennedy Center Honors.
They were all honored at a dinner for Kennedy honorees hosted by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton at the U.S. Department of State on December 1, 2012 in Washington, DC.
The 2012 honorees are Buddy Guy, actor Dustin Hoffman, David Letterman, dancer Natalia Makarova, and members of the British rock band Led Zeppelin.
