Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., was joined today by a group of colleagues on Capitol Hill while introducing sexual assault legislation that would reform the military justice system. In unveiling the proposed military sexual assault reform today , Gillibrand noted that “enough is enough.”
