Want to be a dad? Then bacon is bad!

New research from Harvard University links male fertility to the intake of processed meat. According to the study, fish appears to increase the quality of a man’s sperm.

According to Huffington Post UK,

“Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health presented on the link between bacon and male fertility at the 2013 American Society for Reproductive Medicine conference Monday.”

One of the researcher, Dr. Jorge Chavarro, told the Daily News that:

“What brought up our concern is how meat is produced in the United States. Many beef producers give cattle natural or synthetic hormones to stimulate growth, a few days or weeks before the animals are killed. We wanted to examine how these hormones might affect people who consume them.”
