Fox News Beat Down By The Best – VIDEOS

Fox-Wars

The always “Fair and Balanced” Fox News has engaged in some entertaining “war of words” campaigns with other networks and individuals over the years. We thought we would present to your a few of our favorites in no particular order.

Fox News Launches Vicious Attack On Jim Carrey

Clearly irritated (understatement) by Jim Carrey’s ‘Cold Dead Hand’ Song, Fox News Five launched a vicious attack on the Canadian born comedian in one instance calling him “the most pathetic tool on the face of this earth”.

Watch for yourself in the Fox News clip, below, followed by Jim Carrey’s “Cold Dead Hand.”

This attack by Fox was quickly followed up by a press release issued through Carrey’s publicist.

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld, known for his controversial remarks as co-host of Fox show The Five, kicked off Fox News’ response to Jim Carrey’s release calling Fox News “a media colostomy bag that has begun to burst at the seams and should be emptied before it becomes a public health issue.” “I guess Jimmy thought he couldn’t lose a debate to a dead man,” Gutfeld lamented during a monologue to open Friday’s Fox News Five show.

“That’s what’s really funny — he did and now Charlton Heston has a brighter future in films than Jim Carrey.”

You can watch their response below:

The Ongoing War Between Fox News And Russell Brand

In a maneuver reminiscent of their assault on Jim Carrey, Fox News is lashed out at Russell Brand back in October of 2013 after a BBC interview of his went viral.

Fox News The Five, started in on Brand on Friday asking “what is wrong with this guy.”

Greg Gutfeld said Brand has the “intellectual capacity of a student” who didn’t pay much attention in college and says things without thinking first, because what he’s advocating, Gutfeld argued, was a “totalitarian system that has killed hundreds of millions of people.” And even worse, Kimberly Guilfoyle added, “now he doesn’t have Katy Perry, so he’s like a nobody.”

Eric Bolling and Juan Williams clashed over whether America is the kind of socialist haven Brand was talking about, with Williams arguing that brand may be “kind of daft,” but he’s not “out of touch” with reality.

Guilfoyle laughed and asked, “What is wrong with this guy?” Jedediah Bila took issue with Brand’s “vilification of big companies,” and mockingly suggested if he really thinks profit is so bad , “he should give all of his money away.”

You can watch the carnage below:

This was quickly followed up by Fox News anchors Katie Pavlich and Neil Cavuto tearing into Brand.

“I say profit is a filthy word” says Comedian Russell Brand in a recent interview. Katie Pavlich joins FNC’s Neil Cavuto to discuss what they call the “blatant hypocrisy” of his statement.

In the next round, Brand released a video in which he stated that “fanatical” Fox News is “more dangerous than Isis.” This claim was made in response to a particularly disturbing rant by Fox News host Jeanine Pirro in which she claimed that Obama “didn’t have the balls” to try Taliban suspects at Guantanamo Bay, and said Americans “are not convinced” Obama “even knows who the enemy is.”

Next, there were three rounds of battle between Brand and Fox News host Sean Hannity:

Jon Stewart Slams Fox News Bias

Many of you have probably seen footage of Jon Stewart shredding Chris Wallace in a FOX NEWS interview. However, you probably have not seen the full and unedited footage of this interview, as seen in the two parts below. Following that is an analysis of the live battle by Chris Matthews and his panel.
