Claiming his comments were taken out of context, Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) became the next Republican to stir up controversy regarding rape and pregnancies.
Franks talked about pregnancies due to rape at a House markup of an unborn child protection act Wednesday stating that “incidents of rape resulting in pregnancy are very low.”
