A Tucson police officer has been fired after surveillance video caught him wearing a bullet proof vest and pointing a gun on a convenience store clerk while off duty and apparently intoxicated.
As reported by Police One, two very intoxicated men wearing bulletproof vests entered a Tucson Giant Gas Station and one of them pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the store clerk two times, as shown in the surveillance video below.
The Pima County Sheriff’s Department were called to the scene and arrested 23-year-old Kyle James McCartin, a Tucson police officer, on two counts of aggravated assault.
