Someone at CNN mistakenly placed Hong Kong on the eastern side of South America last Saturday during a New Day segment. CNN Anchor Poppy Harlow had been reporting on the recent death of 42 people in China due to terrifying attacks by giant hornets when the error occurred.
Adding insult to injury, MSNBC Producer Traci G. Lee called her out on Twitter on Monday:
