Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., comments on Rep. Darrell Issa’s, R-Calif., inquiries into the 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya.
Issa and Cummings serve together on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and have used harsh words against each before, such as in March when they clashed at a hearing involving former IRS official Lois Lerner after she once again asserted her Fifth Amendment right not to testify.
