From remarks about his own daughter to walking in on Miss Teen USA beauty pageant contestants dressing room to his remarks today to the French First Lady – the man in creepy-scary.
I remember watching the result coming in on election night, experiencing shock, disgust and horror – not because Trump was a Republican but because I find the man to be revolting. Seriously.
Who would have ever thought that Republican evangelicals would stand behind him after the now infamous Access Hollywood tape of Trump and television host Billy Bush having “an extremely lewd conversation about women” in 2005. As Mother Jones reported at the time: “OK, let’s get back to the latest evidence that Donald Trump is a loutish jackass. In the Pussygate tape, Trump basically admits that he routinely gropes and harasses women because he’s a big star and can do whatever he wants.”
Then there were the allegations that Trump walked in on Miss Teen USA beauty pageant contestants as they were changing in their dressing rooms. And that news came in the wake of revelations by CNN that Trump had bragged to Howard Stern about walking in on contestants as the owner of the Miss USA pageant.
“I’ll go backstage before a show, and everyone’s getting dressed and ready and everything else. And you know, no men are anywhere. And I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant. And therefore I’m inspecting it,” he told Stern, adding: “Is everyone okay? You know they’re standing there with no clothes. And you see these incredible looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that.”

Then there’s the 1992 tape aired by CBS News last year revealing Trump looking at a group of young girls and remarking that he will be dating one of them in ten years. Noting that Trump would have been 46-years-old at the time, CBS News reported that:
In the clip, Trump can be heard asking one of the girls: “You going up the escalator?” Trump can be heard saying. “Yeah,” the voice of a young girl replies. “I am going to be dating her in 10 years. Can you believe it?” Trump can then be heard on the tape remarking to someone off camera.
In 2006 Trump made a similar remark about his own daughter, Ivanka. CBS News reported in a separate article last year that “during a March 2006 appearance on ‘The View’ with his daughter Ivanka, Donald Trump was asked how he would react if Playboy magazine were to ever feature Ivanka’s picture on its cover.”
Trump responded: “I don’t think Ivanka would do that inside the magazine. Although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said that if Ivanka weren’t my daughter, perhaps I would be dating her.”
Co-host Joy Behar exclaimed: “Stop it! Oh, that’s so weird. Stop it!”
Most recently, Trump took his creepy side to the international stage when he was captured on video telling the French First Lady that she was “in such good shape,” in Paris on Thursday.

NBC News reports that the incident took place after a photo-op “nearly an hour into a tour led by French President Emmanuel Macron.”
Trump can be seen turning to First Lady Brigitte Macron, telling her: “You’re in such good shape.”
He then turned to the French president, telling him “She’s in such good physical shape.”
Trump can then be observed turning back to the French First Lady and adding: “beautiful.”
As NBC News reports, “It is unclear what Brigitte Macron said in response.”
