The President walks in to a Texas BBQ joint. He encounters stand-up comedian Daniel Webb. Webb asked Obama for equal rights for gay people. President Obama asked Webb if he is gay. Webb replied “Only when I am having sex.”
Webb appeared on The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell and talked about his encounter with the President and it is just FABULOUS. He explains that he isn’t particularly fond of being asked if he is gay because “it’s not really a yes/no answer. So I kind of have a stock pile of really jerky responses to it.”
Ari Melber, sitting in for O’Donnell, asked Webb if he was nervous about joking around with the president. Webb said that Obama seems like a friendly person. Melber brought up how Webb might have reacted if it were Rick Perry and Webb said:
“Oh, I would have taken Rick Perry to TOWN if that old queen walked in. I would have let her HAVE it!”
