Bill Maher thinks the people of San Diego and New York deserve better.
In this clip from the Tonight Show, Maher mockingly made a comparison of former congress man Anthony Weiner and ex-mayor of San Diego, Bob Filner, playing on the fact that both of them lost their positions due to their sexual escapes.
